Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst , preferably in data/analytics-driven projects.
- Strong experience in SQL and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of PySpark / Apache Spark and distributed data processing.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and methodologies .
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses/data lakes.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Solid requirement gathering, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

AI/ML Knowledge The candidate should have a practical understanding of:
- Supervised and unsupervised learning




- Regression and classification
- Clustering
- Feature engineering and feature selection
- Model training, validation, and evaluation
- Metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, RMSE, and AUC
- Basic NLP concepts
- Generative AI and LLM fundamentals
- AI/ML model lifecycle and deployment concepts
- Responsible AI and model governance fundamentals

Technical Skills
