We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Performance Marketing to manage and analyze Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

Role Overview

We are looking for a performance marketing professional with 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, an understanding of digital marketing metrics, and the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign performance.
- Track key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for internal teams and clients.
- Identify optimization opportunities across campaigns, audiences, creatives, keywords, and budgets.
- Support campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization across Meta and Google Ads.
- Conduct performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign efficiency.
- Work closely with creative, account management, and performance marketing teams.
- Monitor campaign budgets, tracking accuracy, and conversion performance.




- Develop data-driven recommendations and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain campaign trackers, reporting dashboards, and performance documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, business analysis, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and marketing dashboards is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or D2C brands is preferred.
