We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our leather products showroom. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and an interest in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional assistance.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable leather products.

- Explain product features, quality, pricing, and perks to customers.

- Demonstrate products and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.

- Promote offers, new arrivals, and other products.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Previous retail or sales experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.





- Confident and presentable personality.

- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.

- Maintain attractive product displays and keep the showroom neat and organized.

- Assist with billing, payments, and POS operations.

- Monitor product availability and coordinate with the showroom team regarding stock.

- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and potential sales.

- Support showroom promotions and other sales activities.

- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
