Role Overview:

The Sales Trainer will play a key role in enhancing the capabilities of our sales team by designing and delivering effective training programs, identifying skill gaps, and driving overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales teams
- Conduct needs assessments and develop structured training curricula
- Provide coaching through workshops, one-on-one sessions, and field training
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales managers and leadership to align training with business goals
- Maintain and update training materials in line with industry trends
- Track training outcomes and continuously improve learning initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in sales / training or a similar role
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills




- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in training tools and digital learning platforms
