Role Description

- Support customer onboarding and post-sales activities.
- Coordinate site visits, possession, and related documentation.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects & Site Teams.




- Maintain CRM records and daily trackers with timely updates.
- Assist with snagging/de-snagging coordination and unit readiness.
- Follow up on maintenance demands and customer collections.
- Ensure a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.

Qualifications

- 6 months–1 year of experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Relations / Post-Sales
- Freshers are also welcome to apply
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic understanding of post-sales processes and documentation
- Ability to handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams
- Good follow-up, coordination and record-keeping skills.
