Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Experience: 1–2 years preferred; freshers may apply

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take orders.
- Operate POS and handle cash/UPI/card payments.
- Explain menu items and assist customers with selections.
- Upsell food, beverages, and add-ons.
- Coordinate orders with the kitchen/bar team.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the counter.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Follow café hygiene and operational SOPs.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and presentable.
- Basic billing/POS knowledge.
- Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctual, responsible, and a team player.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
