Consulting Analyst – Order-to-Cash (O2C)

About the Role

We are looking for a Consulting Analyst – Order-to-Cash (O2C) to support finance transformation, process improvement, and technology-enabled business initiatives.

The role involves understanding end-to-end O2C processes, analyzing business requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, supporting technology implementations, and developing practical solutions that improve efficiency, controls, reporting, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Support O2C transformation and technology implementation initiatives.
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, control issues, and opportunities for automation.
- Support processes including:
- Customer master data
- Credit and risk management
- Billing and invoicing
- Accounts receivable
- Collections
- Cash application
- Revenue operations
- Prepare process maps, business requirements, reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Support testing activities, including test-case preparation, execution, issue tracking, and validation.
- Assist with project planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, and risk/issue management.
- Work with business and technology teams to translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Support automation, reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to client and stakeholder communications and project deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:




- Order-to-Cash
- Accounts Receivable
- Billing & Invoicing
- Collections
- Cash Application
- Credit & Risk
- Finance Operations
- Revenue Operations
- Finance Transformation
- Business Operations
- Consulting
- Practical understanding of at least one O2C process.
- Experience working with financial or operational data.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, finance, or other enterprise business systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to document processes and communicate requirements clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with PowerPoint and business presentations.
- Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical tools.
- Experience with process mapping or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting technology implementation or transformation projects.
- Exposure to automation platforms or finance technology solutions.
- Finance, accounting, analytics, or technology certifications are a plus.
