is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the Commercial Real Estate sector.

### Location: Gurgaon

### Position: Business Development Executive

### Eligibility:

✅ Minimum 12th Pass

✅ Previous experience in Commercial Real Estate is mandatory

✅ Strong communication and networking skills

✅ Ability to generate and manage business leads

✅ Experience in client acquisition and business development

✅ Knowledge of the Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR commercial real estate market will be preferred

### Key Responsibilities:

Generate quality leads for commercial real estate opportunities

Identify companies looking for office spaces, retail spaces, warehouses, and commercial properties

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients





Conduct market research and identify recent business opportunities

Coordinate with clients and the Realty Booth team to convert leads into business
