Roles and Responsibilities

You will run our training centre in Wagle Estate, Thane West. You are the person students, trainers and walk-ins come to first.

What you will do

- Run the centre day to day and be the main point of contact for students and trainers.
- Keep records of every student: which batch, fee status, attendance, course progress.
- Coordinate with trainers on timings and session plans. Arrange a substitute if a trainer is unavailable, so no class is missed.
- Prepare and share the batch calendar, including doubt-clearing and make-up classes. Allot classrooms.
- Inform students and trainers in advance whenever a schedule changes.
- Answer walk-in, phone and WhatsApp queries quickly. Explain courses, fees and batch timings correctly.
- Show the centre to walk-ins and pass valuable leads to the counselling team with proper notes.
- Follow up on pending fees and instalments. Coordinate with accounts for receipts.
- Handle student complaints. Solve what you can, escalate the rest with full details.
- Get student referrals and genuine Google reviews.
- Send a regular report: batches running,



queries received, issues open, fees pending.

What we are looking for

- Graduate in any stream.
- 1 to 4 years in an Edu Tech institute, coaching centre, or any customer-facing role.
- Fluent in English and Hindi. Marathi is a plus.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Gmail and WhatsApp.
- Organised. Writes things down, follows up, does not let things slip.
- Patient with students, firm when needed.
- Lives in or near Thane, or can travel to Wagle Estate daily.

Salary Incentives on student referrals and verified positive reviews. No upper limit on incentives.

This role is not for you if

- You need to be reminded to do your work.
- You are not comfortable being the face of the institute to students and parents.
- You want a back-office desk job.
- You change jobs every 6 to 8 months.
