Yana IVF & Fertility Centre is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, planning, controls and performance management of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall financial management, planning and strategy. - Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and business plans. - Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and cash flow across centres. - Develop and monitor centre-wise financial performance and profitability. - Prepare monthly MIS, management reports and financial dashboards. - Monitor accounts receivable, outstanding collections and working capital. - Establish strong financial controls and identify revenue leakages. - Ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance. - Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and financial institutions. - Ensure timely completion of statutory audits and internal audits. - Monitor GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements. - Develop financial policies, controls and approval mechanisms. - Review major expenditures, procurement costs and operational expenses. - Analyse marketing expenditure and ROI. - Support management in pricing, expansion and investment decisions. - Prepare financial models for new centres, projects and business expansion. - Monitor budgets versus actual performance and initiate corrective action. - Identify opportunities for cost optimisation without compromising patient care. - Strengthen internal controls to prevent fraud, errors and financial leakage.



- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team. - Coordinate with Operations, HR, Marketing, Procurement and Centre Managers on financial matters. - Provide strategic financial advice to the Management/Board. - Key Performance Indicators - Revenue growth - EBITDA / profitability - Centre-wise profitability - Budget vs actual variance - Cash-flow management - Collection efficiency - Outstanding receivables - Cost control - Financial leakage reduction - Audit compliance - Statutory compliance - Working capital optimisation - MIS accuracy and timeliness

Qualification

- CA – Chartered Accountant preferred. - MBA Finance / CMA / equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage. - Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial planning and corporate finance. - Experience - 10–15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital/IVF or multi-unit organisations. - Experience in managing finance across multiple branches/centres will be preferred. - Proven experience in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
