Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Rajarhat, working in the night shift for a US process; freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves prospecting and identifying potential clients, generating leads through calls, emails, and online platforms, and qualifying opportunities for staffing solutions.

The Business Development

Executive will support the sales pipeline by scheduling meetings, maintaining client databases, and following up on inquiries to build long-term relationships. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to understand staffing needs, preparing basic proposals or presentations,



and contributing to strategies that expand the company’s presence in the US market. The position requires consistent documentation of activities, adherence to performance targets, and a professional approach while representing V Engineering LLC to external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business to identify opportunities and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to support ongoing client relationships and basic post-sales coordination.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US business hours and in an on-site workplace in Rajarhat.
- Ability to work with targets, use CRM or spreadsheet tools for tracking, and manage time efficiently.
- Good command of spoken and written English; additional international exposure is an advantage.
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline preferred; freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
