Role Description The AI Creative Specialist – Video Editor is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, editing, and producing video content that showcases Espire Hospitality’s brands, properties, and guest experiences across digital and social platforms.

Day-to-day activities include planning video concepts with the marketing and brand teams, editing footage, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to create compelling stories.



The specialist will also optimize content for different channels, manage video assets and archives, and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external partners as needed. A strong interest in using AI tools for creative enhancement, workflow efficiency, and innovative visual storytelling is expected.

Qualifications

- Strong video production skills, including planning, shooting coordination, and basic understanding of production workflows.
- Proficiency in video editing and video color grading using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience creating motion graphics and visual assets, with solid skills in graphics and design tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools for video editing, enhancement, and asset generation.
- Excellent visual storytelling abilities and attention to detail in pacing, transitions, and brand consistency.
- Ability to collaborate in a quick-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education in film, media, design, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or luxury brands is an advantage.
