Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage medium to largescale data and IT programs from initiation through successful delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives

Drive project execution using Agile methodologies ensuring effective planning tracking transparency and continuous improvement across crossfunctional teams

Manage endtoend vendor transition activities including creating detailed KT plans conducting knowledge transfer and shadowing sessions ensuring proper documentation and tracking progress





Provide regular status updates progress reports and executive dashboards highlighting key achievements data insights risks and mitigation plans

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of program milestones

Actively contribute to data operations monitoring incidents managing changes and driving timely resolution of issues

Lead problem management initiatives by identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions
