Eligibility:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full time education (10 + 2 +3)
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
- Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar/PAN
- Carry 1 Passport Size Photograph
- Candidates to have registered EP ID
- It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive

- Step 5: Once completed, your TCS EP ID will be generated which starts with EP2026CNXXXXXXX.

Role: Supply Chain - Planning & Scheduling Associate

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (Include Night shift)

Education:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Skills:

- Functional understanding of Upstream and Downstream SCM processes
- Prior experience in SCM Planning process
- Preferable experience with Oil & Gas industry
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Office applications (especially MS Excel and Power BI tools)
- Experience of ERP – JD Edwards
- • Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)

Responsibilities:

- Review exceptions messages generated by ERP system
- Analyze Supply and Demand
- Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream teams
- Raise material requirement in System (Internal or External Sourcing)
- Monitoring Overdue Receipt reports
- Collaborating with Expeditor to get the Overdue PO status and get them expedited
- Identify and resolve exceptions
- Reporting & escalating issues
- Publishing S/D balance reports
- Ensure zero stock-outs or over ordering
