Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Website Designer and Social Media Manager. The role involves designing, updating, and maintaining the company website, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience across devices.

The Website

Designer and Social Media Manager will create visual assets and graphics, manage layout and content, and collaborate on front-end implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to inquiries, and optimizing content to support brand visibility and customer communication.



The person in this role will work closely with internal stakeholders to align digital presence with marketing goals and product offerings.

Qualifications

- Solid Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills to create user-centered, mobile-friendly websites.
- Graphic Design and Graphics skills to develop visual assets for the website and social media channels.
- Front-End Development skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to implement and update website layouts and features.
- Experience managing social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and creating content calendars.
- Proficiency with design and content tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CMS platforms like WordPress or similar).
- Good understanding of basic SEO and web analytics to improve visibility and performance.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in brand voice.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in website design, social media management, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Relevant education or training in design, communications, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
