We are seeking a results-driven Asst Manager -Sales and Marketing to drive business growth for our construction firm in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in sales , preferably in apartment sales and be adaptable with work timings.

Responsibilities

· Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets

· Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales

· Manage social media, property portals, and other lead generation platforms to drive sales

· Create and implement project-specific marketing plans to boost sales

· Organise project launches, exhibitions, and other marketing events to showcase projects and connect with potential customers

· Build and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales

· Provide daily sales and marketing updates to the management

Requirements

· MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.



Minimum 2 years of experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

· Valid two-wheeler and Four-wheeler licence

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Preferred candidates with experience in Trivandrum market

· Candidates with a solid network in the real estate industry

Salary: Best in the industry, commensurate with experience

Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (flexible for meetings and events)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
