About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with a solid background in the logistics, freight, cargo, or transport industry. You will independently manage day-to-day accounting, customer billing, receivables, vendor/transporter payments, GST/TDS compliance, cash flow, and financial MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance: Manage day-to-day accounts, AR/AP, ledgers, petty cash, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial closing.
Logistics Billing & PODs: Prepare and verify freight invoices against agreed rates, coordinate with operations for PODs/LRs/GRs, and handle debit/credit notes.
Receivables & Collections: Track daily customer outstanding, maintain ageing reports, follow up for overdue payments, and manage credit limits.
Transporter & Vendor Payments:



Verify transporter bills (freight, fuel, toll, loading/unloading), reconcile vendor ledgers, and manage advances.
Taxation & Compliance: Oversee GST & TDS accounting, prepare filing data, and coordinate with external CAs/auditors.
MIS & Profitability Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports (P&L;, Cash Flow, Customer/Branch Profitability) and flag financial risks to management.

Key Requirements
Mandatory Experience: 3–5 years specifically in Logistics / Transportation / Cargo / Freight Forwarding / Courier accounting.
Education: B.Com, M.Com, or MBA Finance. (CA Inter / CMA Inter is a plus).
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel.
Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, AR/AP, Bank & Vendor Reconciliations, and P&L;/Cash Flow management.

Pay: ₹15,756.20 - ₹25,000.00 per month
