Kallarackal Ladies Collection, Kochi is looking for a Cashier who is responsible, friendly, and detail-oriented to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
Prepare bills and invoices for customers.
Maintain daily cash and transaction records.
Ensure accurate cash counting and closing balance.
Assist customers with billing-related queries professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding billing, discounts, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain a neat and organized billing counter.
Follow store procedures for payments, discounts, and refunds.
Assist with other store activities when required.
Requirements
Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred.
Experience in a ladies' fashion or clothing store is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems and computers.
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Positive numerical and organizational skills.
Honest, responsible, and reliable.
Malayalam communication is required; basic English is preferred.
Freshers with the right attitude may also apply.
