About the Role

We are looking for a Flipkart Account Management Specialist who can independently manage and grow our Flipkart seller account.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub, product listings, catalog management, orders, inventory, pricing, promotions, and Flipkart Ads.

You should be comfortable working with marketplace data, identifying issues, and taking the right actions to improve sales and account performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Flipkart seller account.
Create, update, and optimize product listings and catalogs.
Manage product pricing, inventory, offers, and promotions.
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and account-related issues.
Track product performance, sales, and marketplace metrics.
Plan and manage Flipkart Ads to improve product visibility and sales.
Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, sales, CPC, and conversions.
Identify products with growth potential and suggest strategies to increase sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, content, and order-related requirements.
Regularly check Flipkart Seller Hub for notifications, issues, and policy updates.





Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Flipkart seller accounts.
Good knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub.
Practical experience with Flipkart Ads.
Understanding of marketplace sales, product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the account.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience managing multiple products/SKUs on Flipkart and working with FMCG, home & garden, lifestyle, electronics, or other B2C categories will be an advantage.

Prepare basic performance reports and share insights with the team.
Troubleshoot listing, catalog, pricing, inventory, and account issues.
