As part of our growth, we are expanding our in-house Food & Beverage (F&B;) operations to deliver exceptional dining and caf experiences to our members.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverages Manager to oversee and manage our caf and F&B; operations within our co-working spaces. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in restaurants and caf©s, solid leadership skills, and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the F&B; outlets within the co-working premises.

Manage and supervise staff, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.

Develop and implement menus in collaboration with culinary teams, aligned with member preferences.

Maintain high standards of hygiene,



food safety, and regulatory compliance.

Monitor inventory, procurement, vendor management, and cost control.

Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and community engagement initiatives.

Handle customer feedback effectively to ensure consistent satisfaction.

Drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in hospitality management, Hotel Administration, or related field

(preferred).

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing restaurants, caf©s, or F&B; outlets.

Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of F&B; operations, menu planning, and cost management.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Exposure to community-driven spaces or co-working environments will be an added advantage.
