Role Description The Guest Relation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the NURA center in Kozhikode (Calicut). This role involves welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through the screening process, answering queries, coordinating appointments, and liaising with medical and administrative staff to provide timely support.

The Guest Relation

Executive will handle phone and in-person inquiries,



maintain accurate records, and assist in promoting NURA’s services to visitors. The role requires a professional, empathetic approach to guest interactions, with a focus on creating a positive and reassuring experience throughout their visit.

Qualifications

- Robust Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- Clear and professional Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for interacting with guests and team members.
- Experience in Sales and service promotion to effectively present NURA’s screening programs and offerings.
- Capability to manage Receptionist Duties, including front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and visitor coordination.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or similar customer-facing environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and appointment management systems.
- Ability to work in office full time in Kozhikode, with a calm, respectful, and inclusive approach to diverse guests.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
