Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on-site in Delhi, India in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and wealth management specialists to build and enhance Nexedge Capital’s technology platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable back-end services and APIs, as well as creating responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces for internal teams and clients. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, integrating data from multiple sources, ensuring application security and performance, and participating in code reviews and testing.

The engineer will also help improve development workflows,



contribute to architecture decisions, and support ongoing optimization and maintenance of existing systems.

What you'll work on

- Build and ship features in our mobile app across iOS and Android
- Build responsive, data-dense front ends in React for the web based portals, often paired with Chart.js for portfolio visualisations
- Contribute to backend services on Postgres, including query performance and replication-aware design (we run dedicated read replicas to isolate reporting load from transactional systems)
- Work with our medallion data architecture to build reliable pipelines from source systems into client-facing views
- Build internal tooling that operations, research and compliance teams depend on
- Own app store release processes, versioning, crash monitoring and mobile performance
- Participate in code review, technical design discussions and incident response as we scale
- Design and build backend services and REST APIs that power the platforms
- Own backend performance and reliability for data-heavy workloads: caching, pagination, background jobs and batch processing for reporting runs, with monitoring and alerting on critical paths

What we're looking for

- 5+ years building production full stack applications
- Strong hands-on React (hooks,



state management, component architecture)
- Production experience shipping a mobile app to the App Store and Play Store, ideally React Native, with an understanding of the native layer underneath
- A modern backend language and framework (Node.js, Python or similar)
- Solid SQL and production experience with Postgres or another relational database
- Cloud infrastructure experience, ideally Azure (ADLS, App Services, Functions); GCP or AWS equivalent is fine
- Comfort with REST APIs and integrating internal and third-party data sources
- Understanding of data security fundamentals: encryption, access control, secure handling of sensitive financial data
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders across RM, compliance and leadership

Positive to have

- Fintech, wealth management or financial services background
- Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) depth alongside cross-platform work
- Familiarity with medallion or Delta Lake style data architectures
- Charting libraries for financial data (Chart.js, D3, Recharts)
- Mobile security practices relevant to financial apps: biometric auth, certificate pinning, secure local storage
- Desktop application experience (Electron or equivalent) for internal tooling
- Understanding of SEBI and DPDPA compliance considerations in financial services
- Interest in applied AI;

Tooling and practices Git, CI/CD, automated testing, code review. Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
