Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our tech team and contribute to the development of our web-based platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing front-end components using React.js, Tailwind CSS (or similar).
- Build RESTful APIs and backend logic using Node.js and Express.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL or MYSQL to store and retrieve attendance records.
- Implement user authentication and role-based access control.
- Integrate features like QR code scanning, time-based logging,



and report generation.

· Contribute to the development and integration of AI/ML models where applicable.

· Use Python for scripting, data processing, or backend tasks as needed.

- Write clean, modular, and testable code.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team discussions.

Required Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

· 2–6 years of experience in full-stack or web development.

· Solid in full-stack development using React.js and Node.js.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of database design and usage (MongoDB/PostgreSQL preferred).
- Experience in AI/ML, with exposure to Python-based libraries like TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch a plus.
- Version control using Git/GitHub.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹380,809.69 - ₹736,343.44 per year
