About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer – React Native with 3–5 years of skilled experience to design, develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native CLI. The role will primarily focus on Android application development, including feature development, performance optimization, debugging, production support, and application releases.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building production-grade React Native applications, with solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React JS, HTML5, and CSS3. The role also involves working closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly mobile applications.

Experience with iOS, Xcode, and App Store deployment will be an added advantage.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience developing production-grade React Native applications using React Native CLI (non-Expo).
- Strong hands-on experience with Android application development, debugging, build configuration, release management, and production troubleshooting.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance high-quality React Native mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable React Native components and application architecture.
- Develop new mobile features based on product and user requirements.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with good working knowledge of React JS, React fundamentals, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of React Native concepts including functional components, hooks, state management, navigation, API integration, asynchronous operations, list rendering, virtualization, local storage, and performance optimization.




- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux/Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar technologies.
- Integrate RESTful APIs with appropriate handling of loading states, errors, retries, caching, pagination, and synchronization.
- Optimize mobile application performance, including startup time, rendering performance, memory usage, network efficiency, bundle size, and responsiveness, particularly on low-end Android devices.
- Build and optimize applications for low-end Android devices and low-bandwidth networks.
- Implement caching, offline-first capabilities, local storage, data persistence, and synchronization strategies where required.
- Use Android Studio and React Native debugging/profiling tools to diagnose and resolve development and production issues.
- Debug and troubleshoot mobile application issues using Android Studio, React Native debugging tools, network inspectors, logs, and lightweight testing tools such as Appium.
- Troubleshoot Android-specific issues related to builds, Gradle, dependencies, permissions, configurations, native modules, device compatibility, and different Android OS versions.
- Manage Android application builds and releases, including debug/release builds, signing, versioning, and Google Play Store deployments.
- Understand Android application lifecycle, permissions, notifications, deep linking, background processing, and other platform-specific requirements.




- Experience with iOS development using React Native CLI, Xcode, CocoaPods, iOS simulators/devices, provisioning profiles, certificates, and iOS build configurations will be considered an added advantage.
- Candidates with iOS experience should be able to troubleshoot common iOS-specific issues related to builds, dependencies, permissions, native modules, signing, certificates, and device compatibility.
- Experience managing iOS debug/release builds and App Store deployments will be considered a plus.
- Experience with Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code review workflows.
- Monitor application performance, crash reports, analytics, and user feedback to identify and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver reliable and high-quality mobile features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to mobile architecture, coding standards, performance best practices, and engineering processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
