We are hiring a Frontend / Full Stack Developer for Web and App.

At VoiseTech, we are building the next generation of AdTech products — from a high-scale Ad Server and reporting platform to our Video Player and new web and mobile experiences. We are looking for a frontend-first Full Stack Developer who loves building polished products and can also comfortably work across APIs and backend integrations when required.

This role is especially suited to someone with strong React experience plus hands-on mobile app development experience.

What you will work on

You will build product experiences across:

- Voise Ad Server — dashboards, reporting, supply/demand management, and platform configuration
- Voise Video Player — player configuration, preview/publish workflows, analytics, and video advertising experiences
- Web and mobile applications across upcoming VoiseTech products
- Data-heavy dashboards and real-time operational interfaces
- APIs and backend integrations supporting these experiences

Core technology

React | JavaScript / TypeScript | HTML | CSS | REST APIs | FastAPI / Python | Git | Docker For mobile development, hands-on experience with React Native, Flutter, native Android/iOS, or comparable modern app-development frameworks is highly valued.

What you will own

- Build responsive, production-grade React applications
- Translate product requirements and designs into polished user experiences
- Develop reusable components and maintain a clean frontend architecture
- Build data-heavy dashboards, reporting interfaces, tables, filters, charts, and configuration workflows
- Work on video-player and advertising-related browser experiences
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services
- Build or contribute to mobile applications for Android and iOS
- Debug issues across browser, API,



and application boundaries rather than stopping at the frontend
- Improve performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser/device compatibility
- Write tests and participate in code reviews and production releases
- Work closely with Product, Backend, and Infrastructure engineers from idea through production

What we are looking for

You should have 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience, with frontend engineering as your strongest area. You should have strong experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, along with a valuable understanding of API integration, application architecture, state management, browser debugging, and frontend performance.

We would especially like to meet developers who have actually shipped mobile applications, not just experimented with an app framework. Backend experience with Python/FastAPI, Node.js, or similar technologies is valuable, because this is a frontend-first role with genuine full-stack exposure.

Experience with video players, streaming or video advertising, analytics dashboards, AdTech, WebSockets, or high-volume data products is a strong plus.

We want developers who are AI-driven, not AI-dependent. Use AI tools to accelerate implementation, testing, debugging, and learning — but you should understand the code you ship, challenge generated solutions, catch incorrect assumptions, and be able to solve engineering problems without blindly relying on AI output.
