Role Description The Factory & Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ulhasnagar. This position oversees day-to-day factory production activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring manufacturing operations for steel structures. The supervisor coordinates with site teams to ensure timely delivery of fabricated materials, supervises erection work, and supports site execution in alignment with project plans and safety standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to quality control procedures, managing resources and workflows, maintaining production documentation, and resolving operational issues. The role also involves liaising with project managers,



vendors, and workers to maintain productivity, safety, and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to organize, schedule, and monitor factory output.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Manufacturing Operations to ensure that fabricated steel structures meet required standards and specifications.
- Candidates should possess skills in Operations Management to coordinate factory and site activities, optimize resources, and improve efficiency.
- Robust knowledge of steel fabrication, erection processes, and site supervision practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, project plans, and work orders.
- Excellent team coordination, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor site and factory staff.
- Understanding of workplace safety norms, compliance standards, and secure handling of equipment and materials.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field, with prior experience in steel structure projects preferred.
