Job Summary

- We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to manage our international sales and develop new overseas clients.
- The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in export sales/business development, excellent communication skills, and a strong network of international clients, buyers, importers, or distributors.

Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Export Sales / International Business Development.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Good network of international buyers, importers, distributors or clients is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of export procedures, documentation and shipping.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new international customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing overseas clients.
- Handle enquiries from international customers and follow up regularly.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices and payment terms.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.




- Develop new markets and find new buyers/distributors.
- Meet monthly and yearly export sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and shipment.
- Coordinate with logistics/freight forwarders for timely shipments.
- Follow up on payments from international customers.
- Keep proper records of clients, enquiries, orders and sales.
- Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions and business meetings when required.
- Provide regular sales and market updates to management.

Preferred Experience

- Candidates with experience in medical products, healthcare products, spices, FMCG, agricultural products or other export businesses will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
