The Role We're looking for an entry-level Backend Developer to help design, build, and maintain scalable services that power our enterprise AI products.

What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain backend services using Java or Python
- Build and consume REST APIs using Spring Boot or FastAPI
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) to deploy and scale services
- Integrate AI/LLM tools and APIs into backend workflows
- Write clean, testable, well-documented code
- Collaborate with frontend, data,



and product teams in an agile environment
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Java or Python
- Hands-on knowledge of Spring Boot or FastAPI
- Understanding of REST API design and microservices basics
- Familiarity with a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Working knowledge of SQL/relational databases
- Exposure to Git/version control and basic CI/CD concepts
- Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate development
- Basic understanding of Docker/containerization (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
