Energy Expert – Campus to Career

Hyon Energy is looking for an Energy Expert to join our team and contribute to our Campus-to-Career initiative, focused on strengthening energy-efficiency knowledge, skills and industry readiness among students and academic institutions.

This is a field-oriented role involving regular interaction with universities, faculty, students, industry stakeholders and other partners. Travel to universities and institutions in Uttar Pradesh will be an integral part of the role.

What You will Do

- Deliver the Campus-to-Career programme across universities and academic institutions.
- Conduct technical sessions, workshops and training programmes on energy efficiency, sustainability, renewable energy and industrial decarbonisation.
- Engage with universities, faculty members, students and other institutional stakeholders to understand their requirements and strengthen programme outcomes.
- Develop and deliver industry-relevant learning and training content.
- Support students in developing practical understanding of energy systems, energy efficiency and emerging energy technologies.
- Support energy data analysis, carbon accounting, GHG assessments and decarbonisation studies.
- Support stakeholder consultations, programme documentation, monitoring and reporting.
- Travel regularly to universities and project locations in Uttar Pradesh for programme delivery, meetings, workshops and consultations.

Who We are Looking For:

Education

Master’s degree in Energy Management, Renewable Energy, Sustainability, Environmental Management, Industrial Engineering,



Climate Change or a related discipline.

Experience : 3+ years of relevant professional experience in areas such as:

Energy efficiency

Energy management / industrial energy systems

Sustainability

Renewable energy

Carbon / GHG accounting

Energy data analysis

Technical research

Training and capacity building

- Academia-industry engagement

Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency and energy systems.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical learning content.
- Strong presentation, facilitation and training skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Good analytical and technical report-writing skills.
- Ability to independently manage programme activities and deliverables.
- Comfortable engaging with students, faculty, industry professionals and institutional stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively in Uttar Pardesh
- Business fluency in English and Hindi.
