Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day dispatch operations at our manufacturing facility in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods, coordinating with transporters and internal departments, and maintaining proper documentation and records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch activities as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure timely availability of finished goods.
- Plan and arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch.
- Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.
- Ensure correct quantity, product, packaging, and documentation before vehicle loading.
- Monitor vehicle loading, dispatch, and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, registers, and system entries.
- Coordinate with customers and transporters regarding delivery schedules and dispatch status.
- Handle discrepancies related to quantity, documentation, transit, or delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements,



and statutory documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dispatch reports and MIS.
- Maintain proper coordination with warehouse/stores for stock availability and dispatch planning.
- Follow up with transporters for POD (Proof of Delivery) and maintain relevant records.
- Identify and resolve operational issues related to dispatch and logistics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in dispatch/logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics processes.
- Experience in coordinating with transporters and managing vehicle placement.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP or other inventory/dispatch management systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and work under time constraints.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, will be preferred.
