Role Description This is a full-time Data Analyst, Python, SQL, DAV & ML Reporting role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of onsite and work-from-home flexibility.

The Data

Analyst will gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, build data models, and generate dashboards and reports to support decision-making across the organization. Daily responsibilities include writing efficient SQL queries, using Python for data processing and automation, and applying statistical methods and basic machine learning techniques to uncover insights and trends. The role involves collaborating with product, operations, and business teams to translate analytical findings into practical recommendations and to monitor performance of AI-driven and automated workflows.

Analyst will also help design and improve data pipelines, ensure data quality, and communicate complex results in a clear, accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics experience, with the ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights.
- Solid foundation in Statistics, including descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing, and familiarity with basic predictive techniques.
- Experience with Data Modeling, including designing schemas and structuring data for reporting and analytics.
- Effective Communication skills for presenting findings, writing explicit documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets, and Python for data processing, automation, and basic ML workflows.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools).
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data quality best practices, and working with cloud or modern data platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects in a rapid-paced, innovative setting.
- Interest in AI, automation, and intelligent business systems; prior experience in ML reporting or analytics for AI-driven products is a plus.
