Key Responsibilities
Conduct basic fitness assessments and understand clients' fitness goals.
Create and guide clients through personalized workout programs.
Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure client safety.
Monitor client progress and modify workouts when required.
Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals.
Educate clients on exercise, fitness, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Build robust and skilled relationships with clients.
Support FITTZO's fitness and wellness activities as required.
