About the Role

Essentive is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media cum Content Creator who can create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and strengthen the brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with content ideation, shooting, editing, and executing social media campaigns while staying updated with the latest content trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Shoot and edit high-quality reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.
- Write creative captions, hooks, and social media copy aligned with the brand voice.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Stay updated with social media trends and viral content formats.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative execution.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and content performance, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Build brand awareness through consistent and creative storytelling.
- Cover behind-the-scenes, product, and brand-related content whenever required.

Required Skills

- Freshers to 2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Creation.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Robust copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending content formats.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
