Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert sales leads through cold calls, referrals, site visits, and a strong personal/skilled network of high value connections
Build and leverage relationships with business associate, channel partners, investors, and industry contacts to create a consistent lead pipeline
Advise clients on property options tailored to their needs, preferences, and budget
Conduct property tours, clearly explaining features, pricing, and legal/documentation details
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals effectively
Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners
Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions




Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activity in CRM
Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy

Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Strong existing network or ability to generate leads through personal/professional connections and referrals
Solid understanding of market research, trends, and promotional campaign management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team
Analytical, goal driven, and solution oriented mindset
Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and MS Office
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred
Prior experience in real estate or allied industries is a strong advantage
