Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager for our LAP (Loan Against Property) division in Vizag. This role will be responsible for leading and engaging a sales team to achieve targets, expand market share, and ensure exceptional customer service in the Vizag region.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve LAP sales targets in Vizag.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing regular training and performance feedback.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines for LAP products.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments, such as credit and operations, to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction.




Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions to maintain high service standards.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of new sales initiatives.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the LAP or housing finance sector.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Solid understanding of LAP products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
