Role Brief

We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented Client Servicing Folks to manage brand relationships and ensure smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires strong communication skills, coordination abilities,



and a solid understanding of the digital and social media ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with brands
- Understand campaign briefs and translate them into clear execution plans
- Coordinate with influencer, content and operations teams
- Oversee influencer deliverables and content approvals
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and as per brand expectations
- Track performance and share reports and insights with clients
- Identify opportunities for repetitive business and campaign growth

What Makes You Stand Out

- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing and influencer marketing
- Robust communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends
- Detail-oriented, proactive and solution-driven
