Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR skilled to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and HR administration for a growing organization. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in PF & ESI handling, along with positive knowledge of payroll and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave and exit formalities.
Handle PF & ESI activities independently, including registration, monthly compliance, challans, employee queries and related documentation.
Ensure timely completion of statutory compliance related to PF, ESI and other applicable labour regulations.
Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors for accurate salary processing, deductions and statutory contributions.
Maintain employee records, HR databases and personnel files.
Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate HR support.
Support recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning activities.
Manage employee engagement and HR initiatives.
