We are looking for a hands-on Civil Engineer with 5+ years of building construction experience who can independently manage site execution and also support quantity takeoffs, estimation and tendering. Candidates with strong understanding of estimation costing principles, experience with tower cranes and other heavy machinery will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Complete site execution and daily planning
Setting out, levels and site marking
RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and slab execution
Quality control and labour productivity
Manpower, material and subcontractor coordination
Reading architectural and structural drawings
Quantity takeoffs, BOQ, BBS and measurements
Estimation, rate analysis and tender support
Daily Progress Reports, weekly planning and project reporting
Resolving site issues independently

Mandatory Skills
Solid building / RCC execution experience




Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
Solid quantity takeoff and estimation skills
Positive knowledge of BOQ, BBS and rate analysis
Ability to independently plan and run site activities
Strong ownership and problem-solving ability

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil preferred

Experience: 47+ Years

Project Exposure: Experience on 20 Cr+ building projects preferred

Tower Crane / High-Rise Experience: Preferred

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
