Responsibilities and Duties
Management of site labor, contractors.
Reporting to head office from site.
Facilitating project head in all kinds of works as required at site.
Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills) on a Monthly basis.
Material Reconciliation
To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption & wastage.

Qualifications and Skills
Diploma/Degree Civil Engineer
knowledge of MS Office and familiar with relevant software.
the ability to think methodically and to manage projects.
problem-solving skills.
ability to work to deadlines and within budgets.
ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
