Strategic Sourcing: Procure specialized mechanical and process items like mill housings, turbines, boilers, gears, pumps,
Vendor Management: Identify, audit, and negotiate contracts with domestic and international suppliers for best pricing, warranty, and delivery terms.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels for seasonal crushing operations to prevent costly downtime or overstocking.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with engineering, production, and finance teams to forecast material needs and process purchase orders (POs).
Cost Optimization: Track market trends to execute cost-saving initiatives without compromising equipment or material quality
