Coordinate and monitor academic operations across all Talento Academy branches.

Ensure proper implementation of curriculum, lesson plans and academic schedules.

Monitor teacher performance, punctuality, classroom discipline and teaching quality.

Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.

Ensure teachers complete syllabus and maintain proper academic standards.

Track student attendance, performance, assessments and progress.

Review student retention and identify students requiring additional academic support.

Coordinate monthly tests, assessments and student progress reports.

Ensure proper maintenance of student academic records and files.

Train and mentor teachers on teaching methodology and classroom management.





Coordinate with branch teachers and management for smooth day-to-day academic functioning.

Handle academic-related parent queries and concerns professionally.

Conduct regular branch visits and academic audits.

Identify gaps in teaching quality and implement corrective actions.

Help develop and improve worksheets, activities, lesson plans and academic material.

Support recent teacher induction and training.

Maintain consistency in academic standards across all branches.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
