Senior Business Development Representative — Enterprise Outbound

Why this role exists

We’re scaling a best-in-class outbound engine, and we need someone who’s already proven they can book meetings that turn into pipeline — and who’s ready to raise the bar for everyone around them. As a Senior BDR, you’ll own the most strategic accounts, pressure-test messaging before it goes team-wide, and mentor newer BDRs on the craft. You’re not just running the playbook anymore — you’re helping write it.

What you’ll own

Run high-value outbound, with less hand-holding
Own a named-account list of the largest or most complex enterprise targets, requiring deeper research and longer, multi-threaded sequences
Design and adapt outbound plays (sequencing, multithreading, personalization) rather than just executing a fixed playbook




Book qualified meetings that consistently convert to pipeline — AEs should trust your meetings without needing to double-check them
Maintain daily execution rigor at volume: calls, emails, LinkedIn touches, follow-ups — with zero drop-off, even across a heavier and more complex account load

Think and research like a strategist
Build sharp account POVs that go beyond the obvious — tying company priorities, persona pain, and timing signals into a coherent narrative for outreach
Use enrichment and intent data to prioritize not just which accounts, but which accounts right now , and why
Multithread proactively across buying committees, adjusting approach per stakeholder rather than sending one message to everyone

Raise the bar for the team
Mentor and coach newer BDRs — review their calls and emails, help them work through objections, and model what “positive” looks like
Bring your own calls, emails, and edge-case objections to coaching sessions, and contribute to shaping talk tracks and messaging for the wider team
