– Site Supervisor (Fresher)

Position: Site Supervisor – Electrical

Experience: Fresher

Education: ITI – Electrical / Diploma – Electrical

Interview Location: Hyderabad

Work Location: Jalna & Chandrapur, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day electrical site activities.
Assist in electrical installation, maintenance, and site execution work.
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and site workers.
Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications and safety standards.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
Prepare basic site reports and maintain daily work records.
Support senior engineers in site inspection and troubleshooting.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain site discipline.




Willingness to travel and work at project sites in Maharashtra.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical safety practices.
Ability to work at site and handle field responsibilities.
Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Suitable for: Freshers with ITI Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Engineering who are willing to start their career in site supervision. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
