Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Aerospace & Engineering roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and referrals.
Hire for roles across Design, Manufacturing, Tooling, Production, Structures, and Quality.
Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Aerospace/Engineering recruitment.
Solid sourcing and screening skills.
Positive knowledge of aerospace engineering profiles and technologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
