Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to handle customer service requirements, vehicle inspections and workshop coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and service estimates.
Explain repair/service requirements to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop team.
Provide service updates and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain customer satisfaction and achieve service targets.

Required Skills:
Valuable automobile/service knowledge.
Solid customer handling and communication skills.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Target-oriented approach.
Hyundai/dealership experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
