Robust experience in SAP BODS and end-to-end SAP Data Migration, preferably in S/4HANA migration projects.
Hands-on experience with LTMC, LTMOM and/or SAP DMC (Migration Cockpit).
Strong expertise in data extraction from SAP & Non-SAP source systems and handling Master & Transactional data.
Experience with SAP data loading methods including IDOCs, BAPIs, LSMW, and other migration techniques.
Positive understanding of FI/CO, MM, SD, PP/PM migration objects and ability to handle multiple objects independently.
Solid command of SQL/PL-SQL, including data validation, reconciliation, performance tuning and error handling.
Experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations, including pre/post-load validation and reconciliation reporting.
Should have strong troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, mentoring and training skills, with the ability to guide junior resources.
