R2R / US Accounting looking for immediate joiners /15 days /30 days

Job Location: Noida

Shift: US Shift Permanent Night Shift

Experience: Relevant experience in R2R / US Accounting

Key Responsibilities:
Handle General Accounting and end-to-end R2R activities.
Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting, journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial accounts.
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with US GAAP.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure timely closure.
Support audits and maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures.




Coordinate with US-based stakeholders for accounting and reporting requirements.

Key Requirements:
Solid experience in R2R, General Accounting, and US Accounting.
Positive knowledge of US GAAP, General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Reconciliations, Journal Entries, Accruals, and Month-End Close.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Must be comfortable working in permanent US night shifts.
Prior experience working with US clients/processes will be an added advantage.
