Role Description

We are looking for a Backend Software Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in backend development, software development, APIs, databases, application development, cloud technologies, microservices, automation, and enterprise software systems.

The Backend Software Developer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, and improve backend applications, APIs, databases, internal systems, and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Java, Python, Node.js, C#, Go, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, .NET, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, cloud platforms, containers, and modern backend-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in backend development, software development, backend engineering, software engineering, application development, API development, web development,



or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Backend Software Developer, Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Backend Software Engineer, Software Developer, Software Engineer, Java Developer, Python Developer, Node.js Developer, Application Developer, API Developer, Full Stack Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good programming knowledge in one or more languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, C#, Go, C++, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, debugging, clean coding practices, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Express.js, NestJS, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic to valuable understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of database design, normalization, indexing, queries, transactions, and data-access concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, or scalable backend applications will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with ORM technologies such as Hibernate, JPA, SQLAlchemy, Entity Framework, Sequelize, Prisma, or similar tools will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ,



Redis, caching, message queues, or event-driven architectures will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, code reviews, testing, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to JUnit, Mockito, PyTest, Jest, Postman, API testing, integration testing, or similar tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to OAuth, JWT, API security, role-based access control, secure coding, or backend security practices will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with application performance, SQL query optimization, troubleshooting, monitoring, or scalable system design will be beneficial.
- Exposure to automation, AI/ML, data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical and reliable backend software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, backend project, API project, database project, GitHub project, cloud project, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time backend-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, backend frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern software-development practices.
