Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions.
Define ITOM solution architecture and implementation strategy.
Lead CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives.
Design integration architecture across ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
Create functional specifications and solution designs.
Work with business and technical stakeholders on transformation programs.
Drive governance, UAT and deployment activities.
