Service Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Technician to join our electric scooter service team.

The Service

Technician will be responsible for vehicle inspection, diagnosis, servicing, repairs, troubleshooting, and quality checks while ensuring all work is completed safely and according to manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs of electric scooters.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, battery, motor, and other vehicle-related issues.
Conduct vehicle inspection and identify faults accurately before and after service.
Complete assigned jobs within the required timeline while maintaining service quality.
Perform PDI, final quality checks, and ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
Report technical issues,



recurring faults, and major repairs to the Service Advisor/Service Manager.
Follow manufacturer SOPs, safety procedures, workshop standards, and proper use of tools and equipment.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience as an Automobile/Two-Wheeler Technician or similar role.
ITI/Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field is preferred.
Positive knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and troubleshooting.
